Talk about how fast a person was driving with the phrase "doing (a number)". For example:

He was doing over 100.

You can also add the unit of measurement:

He was doing over 100 miles per hour.

In the U.S., we measure speed in "miles per hour". One mile is equal to about 1.6 km.
