“It happens. Don't worry about it.”
Your coworker made a mistake at work and is really worried and upset about it. You say this to comfort him.

You made a mistake at work. A person from another department at your job gets angry about the mistake. You say this to take responsibility for the mistake and apologize.

Someone who works for you made a decision without asking you, and he made a mistake. You are a little bit angry, and you want to make sure this doesn't happen again. You say this.
“I don't know about that.”
Your friend invited you to go out to a dance club. You don't really like to dance, and you don't really want to go, but you're not 100% against it. You say this to be polite.
